If you choose to return the equipment you will need an authorized RMA from TOAST.net Customer Service. The device must be in its original box including all parts and documentation. Write the assigned RMA number on the shipping label and Ship To:

If device is returned within 30 days of purchase, a full refund will be made minus any applicable fees:

Refurbished devices carry a warranty of 6 months after original purchase date. New devices carry a warranty of 1 year after original purchase date. If there is no physical/water damage, the device can be repaired or replaced. Customer is responsible for return postage.
